Columbus is a leading and innovative staircase construction company in Switzerland. With over 90 experienced employees, we develop and produce a high-quality range of stairs. Our portfolio includes customized stringer, newel and multi-storey staircases made of steel, aluminium, wood, glass and natural stone. We install staircases and roof hatches throughout Switzerland.
As our long-standing Operations Manager is going into well-deserved retirement, we are looking for a qualified and motivated successor as Operations Manager (m/f/d).
Your profile:
- Training as a carpenter or joiner
- Further training as a foreman, technician or master craftsman
- Ideally experience in statics and building physics
- Experience in employee management
Your tasks:
- Managing the various departments
- Supporting planning and development with your expertise
- Responsibility for the purchase of materials
- Ensuring occupational safety
