Columbus concertina stairs 3.0 with electromechanical drive have an automatic limit stop and a safety stop in the event of obstacles. Emergency operation by means of manual operation is possible. Optional remote control and battery-powered drive are available to increase the flexibility and comfort of the staircase.

Columbus concertina stairs can also be installed vertically as wall access. They are easy to operate and allow access to level differences of up to 3050 mm. Supplied as a finished installation element, they are easy to install and offer an efficient solution for vertical access.

Type Junior
The Junior concertina staircase is inherently sprung and is not coupled to the hatch box cover. It is suitable for installation in existing hatch boxes or free ceiling or gallery edges. With an additional folding device, it can also be used as a wall access. The stairs are supplied as ready-to-install elements and are suitable for easy self-assembly.
